Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

 

I don't accept cancellations

 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return an item please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item. Once you have contacted me items should be returned within 14 days. Once the item has been returned to me, I will record the opening of all packages for validation of receipt, The cost of the item (excluding postage) will be refunded by the same payment method you used to purchase the item.

The item must be returned in a useable condition. If there is evidence it has been worn or damaged through use the amount refunded may be reduced to reflect this.

The postage cost to return an item is the responsibility of the BUYER unless the item arrived damaged or faulty in which case I will also refund the postage cost to return the item.

Custom orders are not refundable.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ITEM IS DISPATCHED?

Any ready-made item in my shop will be posted within 7 days.
Custom pieces take anything from 2 to 28 days depending on the complexity of the design and stock coins in my inventory. If you require something sooner please message me and I will do my best to help.

SHIPPING

UK - Royal Mail Tracked and signed or Special Delivery depending on value of order
INTERNATIONAL - Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed for service depending on country

Please also allow extra time for busy periods like Christmas.

You may be charged a tax on your item by your country's customs. This is payable by the buyer and is not the responsibility of the seller.

I post items to the address you have registered with paypal so please check this address is your current address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM DOESN'T ARRIVE?

In the first instance please allow enough time for your item to reach you. Occasionally items do get lost in the post but more often they are just held up somewhere and do eventually arrive.

ITEMS POSTED WITHIN THE UK: please allow 10 days from the date of posting for your item to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after this time please get in contact and I will either send out a replacement if possible or issue a refund.

ITEMS POSTED OVERSEAS: Please allow 8 weeks from the date of posting for your item to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after this time please get in contact and I will either send out a replacement if possible or issue a refund.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Metals will tarnish naturally over time becoming darker in colour. If your items are made from silver or gold alone, it can be cleaned and kept shinny using silver dips and polishing cloths. Other items set with stones or oxidised (this will be in the items description) can be cleaned with a soft cloth, and harsh abrasives should be avoided.

Contact with household chemicals, bleach, chlorine in swimming pools and perfume should be avoided, as they may discolour your jewellery. Pearls in particular are very susceptible to damage by contact with household chemicals.

Repeated immersion in water during washing up or showering will cause oxidized silver jewellery to fade and return to their shiny state. The best way to preserve the antiqued patina is to remove the jewellery beforehand.

Keeping Your Data
All information is kept securely and in line with UK laws.
Information relating to purchases is generally kept for 7 years.
Quotes and general enquires will be removed from our records after 6 months.
At this time, information sent via FB messenger can be only be achieved by Hand Crafted by DodgerRN but can be deleted by the sender. Therefore, if you would like this information deleted you can do this at any time directly.

Sharing Information!

Hand Crafted by DodgerRN use third party platforms including Facebook, Wix  and PayPal which have their own Privacy practices that we do not own or control. You can access each of these services Privacy documents through their own websites.
Your information is never sold or shared by us to outside services or companies

You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you or request the deletion of your personal information.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances (e where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
